Paul is a registered property professional and has over 40 years experience in New Zealand’s retail and property industries. He has worked for leading retailers and was Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand’s original leading Shopping Centre Company.
Paul is the Executive Chairman of the company and provides retail and property consultancy services – including development management, to many New Zealand property owners, developers and City Councils. He is a fellow of the Property Institute of NZ.
John is a registered architect and has a master’s degree in business studies. He has 28 years experience in architecture, consulting and retail planning, both in New Zealand and in the Far East.
He held a lectureship at the University of Auckland and before starting RCG with Paul, held senior positions in large commercial architecture and development organisations. John is responsible for development services within RCG. This includes economic research, retail planning and architecture and property consulting.
John is a registered architect and has a degree in economics and human behaviour. He has extensive experience in retail design and architecture and joined RCG as a Director in 1995.
Prior to that he worked for a leading Australian Retail Architectural practice. John leads the retail and commercial environments team that specialises in interior architecture and branding environments, as well as the architectural needs of our retail and commercial clients.
Desmond is a Director at RCG. He has over 20 years experience in shopping centre management, retail property consulting and market analysis.
Desmond has a degree in property management and valuation, he also undertakes property management, site selection, leasing and sales negotiations and advises tenants on leasing levels and conditions.
