Westpac Riccarton - 2011 Red Awards Winner - Brand Application
RCG redesigned the Westpac branches nationwide to create a new customer-centred banking system.
Along with the bold new look, Westpac has removed the traditional barriers between customers and banking staff.
The old row of tellers behind safety wire has vanished, to be replaced with a friendly, open reception desk.
The red framed shopfront brands the bank at a glance, and a new 24/7 banking lobby means customers don't need to keep 'banking hours' any more.
The rebranded stores have won design awards, but more importantly, both staff and customers find them easier to work and bank in.
