RCG acted as the strategic design and delivery partner for 6 Carr Road, transforming a series of aging industrial assets into a high-performing bulk retail destination for Jargonel Properties. This project serves as a compelling case study for “re-use” and “re-activation,” where we moved away from traditional demolition in favor of a value-led transformation. By making bold architectural incisions into the original warehouse structures, we enabled striking new shopfronts that provide the visibility and renewed energy essential for modern retail. RCG Realty’s involvement in pre-leasing the site for Bed Bath & Beyond, Bargain Chemist, and Petdirect ensured the development was anchored by high-quality tenants from the outset. This two-stage delivery not only resulted in a significant uplift in rental income and asset value for the landlord but also provided the community with convenient access to essential services within a refreshed, modern streetscape.
