RCG has acted as the Tenant Representative for Vivo Hair Salon since 2021. With a national footprint of 80 salons and 9 skin clinics across New Zealand, Vivo is a significant player in the personal care sector.
In this role, RCG works in close partnership with the Vivo team, managing lease negotiations and maintaining strong relationships with landlords. Our scope of work includes site acquisition, securing new leases, managing lease renewals, rent reviews, lease terminations, and property divestments.
RCG is focused on delivering strategic value to Vivo by optimising occupancy costs and driving cost-efficiency across their property portfolio.
In addition to the tenancy representation role, RCG also undertakes the design and documentation for Vivo.
